Good quality genuine leather. As with all leather goods, it will take time to break in, but this is a sign of good quality. The product received is exactly as shown in the photos from the menu: purchased silver / black stitched leather. The first loop seems a little close to the silver buckle; It's a bit tricky to pull a strap through, especially when the leather is still tearing, so I'll see if it gets easier with time. Let's see how it holds up to wear and tear and I'll try to update it in a week, a month and a year if I can. It looks like where the springs are easy to mount, the leather will tear first, if at all. It's also interesting to see how the area where it's folded holds up to get through the buckle and loops. UPDATE: Still good after about a week, skin absorbs well. Added 3 photos of weekly socks. The leather is worn and scratched but still looks pretty good so the leather is definitely of pretty good quality.
