GOOD not so good: Office Electronics

There was a problem with the DRUM that was attached to these toners. They leave residue on the side of the paper that will not fade. I contacted my local toner supplier and they said the problem was with the DRUM. We have cleaned the top of the printer and cleaned/blown out the toner area with no success, this is a PROBLEM.
