Great car if you know your limits! It was pretty easy to install, although I felt the instructions weren't very clear, but it wasn't hard to figure out. Looks like a very high quality device. I liked how light and self-propelled it is, so you don't have to push it, it moves forward on its own. I scrubbed the kitchen floor first without sweeping and that did the job perfectly. The soil barely stayed wet but dried quickly. It was easy for me to make my wooden staircase because of the light weight. The maneuverability of this unit is second to none! I was able to turn corners better than any other car I've used. It's much smaller than devices like the Bissell shear wave, I've reviewed and hated this device in the past. Charged fairly quickly and held a charge for 45 minutes of continuous cleaning. What I didn't like about the device: Above all, the price! While I think it's an impressive little device for the right readings, I think it's grossly overpriced. While I like the fact that there were separate compartments for clean and dirty water, those compartments are too small. When setting up a small space like a kitchen, one room should take care of everything. However, if you create a large room or multiple rooms, you will constantly fill and empty these chambers. The good news is that the cameras are really easy to remove and replace. It has two rollers, one of which is made of sponge material, and needs to be wetted when wet and then rang before use. It's a bit of a nuisance and if you use it all the time it only lasts a minute or so because it stays a bit damp from previous uses. I'm torn about this because it seems to do an amazing cleaning job, but the price is you have to take this roller out and wet it every time. There is a small trash can. Its function is to collect the garbage you sucked up. The good news is that it has a brush to clean the sponge and toss it in the bin. And if you're short on rubbish, this little rubbish bin will suffice but won't replace sweeping. If you have animals like me, you might find that you need to clean this brush quite often, although not as often as some of my robots that vacuum and have a brush. I have several types of hard floors. I have a high-quality laminate in the kitchen, there are no gaps in it and it washes very well. Elsewhere in the house I have an oak floor that has gaps between individual planks and I found it really doesn't clean the gaps between them very well. I have square tile floors in other parts of the house and it has worked in areas with very thin grout, but if you have a wide grout I don't think you'll like this machine because it doesn't get grout lines at all. Overall I like the car and for the right direction you will love it. At the same time, the price is outrageous.
