Very nice blades but don't forget the correct fan assembly

These blades definitely make a fan. From what I understand these blades are specifically designed for the Fanimation Spitfire fan, which is what I have in mind for this review. (See my overall Fanimation Spitfire fan review for a full review of the product as a whole.) I really like how the blades give the fan an overall quality feel. The blades are relatively light and well constructed. As far as I can tell, each blade is made from a single piece of wood. The set contains 3 blades together with a metal cap painted in the color of the blades. The cover is used for easy assembly. If you like the aviation-inspired look, consider these blades along with the Famination Spitfire fan. I bought natural colored blades to match the polished nickel fan case. The blades, as well as the fan assembly, are a bit pricey, but you can find them at a discount, as I have from time to time. You can also omit the optional lighting module to reduce the total cost of the fan. The only thing I could say about the blades is that unless you buy an additional lighting module, you have to use a metal cover. Plate. The lid is colored to match whatever color blades you buy, but they won't match exactly if the blades have natural finishes. This may not matter to most people after installing the fan. I bought a lighting module and while I think the lighting module is expensive for what it is and could be done better, I find it looks better on a finished fan even though I've never used it.
