Not bright at all, halos are cool.
Easy to install. Halo is excellent, all colors are excellent. Real high/low lights suck... I bought them based on the "lumens" in the description. You are far away. I need my highs almost all the time. I had a lot of LED kits for both of my tractors, my last car. I searched for the highest clearance in the same style. Well they are the highest in description, definitely not in real life.
