Excellent SUP board. I rarely kayak but we kayak a lot and I booked this kayak primarily as an extra kayak to take others with us when we go. It's strong and sturdy and really good quality. I glued four D-rings on the sides (two on each side) so I could secure the seat. Also, I ordered an extra paddle for the kayak as it only comes with an extra paddle. We have a big river near where we live - miles and miles with many entrances along the river. The river is 4 to 5 feet deep in most areas, but there are many shallow sections as well. We passed some rocky bottoms when the river is too low (we try not to walk when it's too low and when we walk we pass these sections). This card was not affected at all. No scratch. I wouldn't recommend this for inflatable boards, but it happens. It can endure this kind of normal use. In addition, after one of the rapids, the kayaker touched the branches of trees. Most of the time he stopped with an oar, but the board was fine again. Doesn't wear out at all. I recommend.
