No replacement for light bulbs

I installed them in my 2012 speedometer as fog lights. I installed them for about a day and one blew immediately. I swapped them side to side to make sure it was the wiring, but the one that was originally on the driver's side never worked. It's ok, they requested a replacement and said they will send a replacement but I still haven't received it.
