When I finally got to the "Avenue" to have it replaced, I was told that they would take it for examination to find out who was to blame for the breakdown and it would take from 45-60 days. I agreed. To my question: “What should I use all these days while the phone is under examination?”, They answered me: “buy a new one and use it, these are not our problems”))) In general, I gave it through a courier to a service center, where I opened, repaired, and as I was told - they replaced the usb cable. They gave a guarantee for this repair for 2 months)) For the fifth day I have been sitting without a phone, although it was repaired the next day) And I am writing this review from a phone that a friend gave me. I also wrote this review on the Samsung website, but I received a message in the mail with the following text: "Oops! Something went wrong with your review"))) Once again I will write, GUYS, BE CAREFUL! DO NOT DEAL WITH SAMSUNG! They don't care about your problems, the main thing for them is to sell you a defective phone! Thank you!
