I used to use a regular hand nail file and decided to give it a try. Really easy for beginners and the included instructions are very helpful. I was able to use it on my feet without cutting myself which made me very happy. The fact that it's not attached to a large, bulky machine makes it a lot easier to use and manoeuvre. The cutter makes it very easy to cut false nails, but make sure they are really good and the glue is completely dry before use. Any filling doesn't file the sides, bottom, and even thick skin very well. You set the cable settings to fast or slow. I could even touch my cuticles without cutting myself with these nail files. I set the drill to slow speed to make sure I don't leave again without being tied to the car, it's really easy to do. It is comfortable to hold and I will definitely use it more for manicures and pedicures.
