The standard power supply for the Raspberry Pi has two problems: 1. It has no on/off switch2. It doesn't allow more than 3V, which means you can't overclock or run the fan for too long. This power adapter solves both problems, but also features a USB-A to USB-C converter that allows it to work with 3B+ (USB-A) and 4B (USB-C). The cable is long enough to create some distance to the display. Above 5V, overclocking with full fan power is entirely possible, meaning you can push your Pi to its limits. If you want to overclock and cool properly, this power supply lets you do it in a way an OEM power cord can't!
