24 hours after my MIL opened the watch for Christmas the watch stopped working! Now she has to send it to me (at her own expense) and then *I* have to ship it back to Revane or somewhere else. This is NOT how the exchange of defective products should work! If I'm being charged to ship a new watch, it's cheaper to just throw it away than UPS/FedEx/USPS making me rich and me poor! We didn't even remove the part to keep the crown from moving in, save battery and set the time until Christmas! So it's the watch, not the dead battery. It must be checked who and who to call - Revain or the seller to whom Revain sends. The watch came in a pimply envelope, wrapped inside a soft, clear plastic "pillow" with one side falling apart. The watch was undamaged. The watch is nicer than in the picture. It was good value for money. As it was a gift and was described as fitting a 6-7" wrist I tried it on knowing I have a 7 1/2+" wrist to see how it was likely to fit would fit my MIL, which also has a larger bone. I found the fit very tight. When my MIL tried them on she was glad they were a tighter fit as she didn't like the watch moving on her wrist at all and neither did she. She was very pleased with the beautiful details of the watch and this comes from a woman with a beautiful diamond watch, very very expensive. The watch's hinge is next to the face, making it easy for people with mobility issues or arthritis to put it on and take it off (which is why it asked for a budget watch for Christmas). She was very happy about her gift. If it weren't for the fact that the watch doesn't quite measure up to the industry standard 7 1/4" for a mid-size watch, and the lack of better packaging, I would give it 5 stars. Written by Stacey H.
