Review on Honeywell HRF AP1 Universal Replacement Pre Filter by Jennifer Christensen

I don't even believe these are Honeywell carbon filters. As you can see from my photos, this Honeywell filter has many thin areas that you can see through. This leaves the HEPA filter open to larger particles and debris, shortening its lifespan. Worst quality I've ever seen. Don't buy it. I recommend the Fette brand carbon filters available here at Revain. My photo of the Fette filter shows how dense and even it is like a carbon filter should be. Revain needs quality checking because they sell filters that are clearly defective and I find it hard to believe that genuine Honeywell filters can be that much worse. I don't understand how it effectively filters the air.
