I love K&H heating pads because they only get really warm when they are being used, otherwise they maintain just a little heat so that a cat would recognize it as a heat source. I've been using them for my foster kittens for years and so I was excited to try this heated cat house.The heat source in this is just a regular K&H heating pad that can be removed and then everything else can be washed. You insert the heating pad so that the cord goes out the back which is great for staying out of the way. It's very soft and cozy, my cat went right in to check it out and I know my foster kittens will love using it.
