Not suitable for small dogs with thin necks.
I have a small dog and ordered a collar and leash. First, the collar and leash are very bright and highly visible at night. Unfortunately, the collar is so thick that it doesn't fit around my dog's neck. Yes, it was possible to trim the length, but the width made it prohibitive. I ended up skipping the collar, but if they had a half-width collar I would definitely buy one!
