Great little phone but hates falling. I need another one in a year - dropped it on the table a few times and now it sounds clunky. I will buy another one just like this because it has such great features. I bought an expansion that was slightly different so I'm not sure what the new one will be. The old main extension doesn't have an indicator light or anything else to alert you to a call - the new extension has a flashing light at the top so bright it's a bit annoying. I have to put the extension (in the bedroom) face down every night so it doesn't wake me up with a reminder light after I leave a call! I think adding a little light to the BASE (not the entire top of the phone itself where it sits) - not enough to light up a small town - would be a good compromise.
