For 4 years I drank Dr. Schultz, which does not thicken and does not dissolve in any liquid. A whopping $48 per month can get expensive. I also believed that food companies had evolved. So I tried this brand and it is useless in nutrition and does not dissolve in liquid. It is inexpensive, tasteless and odorless in large quantities. One way or another, not everyone has time to meet. I use an almond milkshaker and this pea protein sticks together every time. I'm fairly healthy and sensitive to the effects of the product. I stayed bloated and gassy.
