The device came without instructions. The only source of instructions is their website. My desktop was showing up as a 25" box in a 49" monitor and I couldn't toggle it. I called Dell support and they were terrible (I couldn't understand their English version). They kept yelling that they "need a service day". Apparently the monitor should have a service number # but mine doesn't. Without this, they refused to answer even basic questions. Then a Dell customer service rep told me to call Revain for tech support! I did and the Revain support engineer (Summer) was excellent, but she wasn't a Dell expert and couldn't solve a technical issue with a Dell monitor. She added another person from Dell Support to our call. This Dell employee was at least able to get past the # service tag issue, but then asked if my computer was Dell. I told her it's not mine - it's Lenovo. Then this person from Dell told me to call Lenovo! If your monitor doesn't work and you're not using a Dell computer, it looks like they can't support your device! Thank you Summer of Revain for trying to hide Dell's terrible customer service. I am returning the monitor today and will never buy a Dell product again. Pay a little more, get an LG monitor, and get help if you have trouble setting it up.
