Review on 🖤 Black Plain Dog Collar by Red Dingo by Sarah Mohamed

This is a nice good quality little collar but what I received was closer to 11 inches when fully extended rather than the 13 inches when that are listed in the description. . This doesn't matter if you have a very small dog, but if you are considering a puppy collar it can be an issue. I wanted a lightweight collar for my ten week old pup until he was switched to a new collar but it was too small. I bought another collar, also a small size, that was 1 1/2 inches too big. I don't know if the collar I received was shorter than the description or if the description is wrong.
