I ordered these while in the US for a few weeks. They used to work but by the time I got back to Europe they were dead. Charging the batteries gives me a few minutes of use but they don't turn off automatically like the manual suggests. So every time I want to use them, the batteries are dead again. To make matters worse, their online support page has a javascript error that is preventing the page from loading properly, so I can't ask them for help. There doesn't seem to be any real support, troubleshooting, or downloadable driver updates to help me resolve this issue. In general, I screwed up until the next trip to the USA.
