Thin plastic and very light - they will literally be blown away in a light breeze. They have holes in the base for you to mount, but who the heck wants to put the pins in the cones and then pull them out when you move them. Also, I don't want betting on the field to disappear. Clearly - they're not thick rubber like the materials you see on traffic cones.
