I bought 2 of these because I use them on a stainless steel worktop where I cook on an induction hob, electric skillet, slow cooker etc. I use one under the appliance and the other the others sit lids, spoons etc while I cook. These rugs are great for this purpose, they won't slide on a smooth tabletop as one side is designed to stay in place while the other side is smoother and easily washable. They are a great size for my application, protect from heat, easy to roll up and store, I have other silicone mats but they are much better based on grip side, product thickness, size, they are just perfect. very much like her!
