sound quality, everything is fine. Not loud enough (I'm not a young 20-30 btw but still feel these headphones lack the power). Beautiful appearance and high quality. Side touch controls take some getting used to and are a short learning curve. Does it go in the ear canal? That's where the real problem lies. I have many other headphones, from cheaper to more expensive, and none of them bother my ears. They are just so uncomfortable and they damage my ear canals due to the larger hard part of the speaker where the silicone boots are put on. They're just too big for my ears, so even the smallest pair of silicone boots is still too big for my ear canals. I prefer to wear them for a week so they break in properly, but after wearing them for 30 minutes or more my ear canal hurts too much to continue wearing them. We're sorry Edifier only gave you a 3-star rating for such a well-made and beautiful set of TWS headphones, but functionality is where this set falls short.
