Neither the shop where I bought the vacuum nor Bissell stocked this filter. When I saw the price I couldn't believe it. I paid twice as much to replace the filter on my old Eureka. But that's not the best part. The "kit" as it is called also came with both exhaust tips replaced. I'm one of those people who not only empty the vacuum cleaner, but also rinse the filter with almost every use. So I like to have a spare filter in case I need to use the machine before the filter is completely dry. But I never thought of replacing the foam in the exhaust flap. It's like starting a new vacuum cleaner every time I clean.
