Received this and it seemed to work fine. people at work. Some people got BLANK DISKS because I didn't know that this recorder didn't make all the copies! After emailing the company, they were friendly and said they would replace the "bad" burners. So after playing around with this device, 4 burners worked and the 5th still doesn't work. I asked the company to send me a burner and was told to send them the "bad" burner back! We don't know how to take this thing apart and I don't have time to ship burners for a product that should have worked when I received it. Will NEVER EVER buy another CD from this brand and I feel sorry for those who get stuck with a blank CD. The copies he REALLY made turned out well and for that I give him three stars,
