It filled up after a month
When it arrived it was sealed so tight it was completely flat. The instructions say to leave it out of the packaging for 24-48 hours to fluff it up. Well after 24 hours the main part of the bed was as full as possible and comfortable for my aging dog and young son. However, it took about a month to fill the back and sides.
