These combs are so fragile that they break easily. Not to mention decorating them with hot glue or sewing on silk flowers. Does not happen. I bought them for a wedding and wanted to do the bride's hair. I had to buy some at Wal-Mart. I was lucky enough to find a box of hair combs there that contained two clear ones. That would be best because they have a wider area at the top where the decorations could be better placed, but they're all broken in my hands. I do not recommend this. The price for what you get is also quite high. If I had known I could get clean combs locally I would never have paid that much.
