This unit has amazing fidelity. Impressive bass for such a small device. We didn't buy it for the FM radio feature, but it turned out to be one of the best FM radios in the house. We bought this to play downloaded podcasts from a memory card. The UI is a bit difficult to use for this app as the device can only show a numeric value of the relative position of the file. Another small UI issue is the large button at the top next to the volume rocker that looks like a power button. It turns out that this button is for a flashlight. The actual power button is one of the tiny buttons in a row of similarly shaped buttons on the front of the device. But those are minor quibbles that are easily forgiven when you hear how good it sounds. Room for meaningful improvements. The item fulfills its intended function stably and flawlessly. It is also characterized by the reliability of workmanship and materials. 4 stars - while not perfect, any imperfections are likely to go unnoticed with normal use. The item must be durable under normal care and handling. 3 Stars - The item has significant imperfections or limitations that do not significantly affect performance. And/or the item may be unreliable if not treated with a certain level of care. 2 Stars - The product has defects or imperfections that affect its performance.
