Too small! And hard. Poor design and foam choices

I'm a small woman and they are snug enough to cut off my circulation. Also, it's a very hard foam that doesn't soften or give it much. The velcro isn't long enough so there's no point in zipping the pillow up - sure, it's so tight it's secure anyway if you can stand up to put it on. It's poorly designed for adult use, but well made for the price (which is why it gets two stars; otherwise it would have gotten one).
