Review on WACOOL 100W UVA UVB Reptile Heat Lamp: Full Spectrum Sun Light Basking 🦎 Spot Bulb for Bearded Dragon, Iguana, Gecko, Lizard, Tortoise, Snake - Self-Ballasted Vapor Bulb by Chinelo Aranjo

I have 2 of these for my Russian tortoise and bearded dragon (which also have a UVB tube). As long as they work properly. I'm hoping to get 6-8 months out of them before changing them to make sure they're getting optimal UV exposure. In short, I'm new to being a reptilian mom. I had a few lights that came with the critters when I picked them up that went out and/or needed updating immediately. All expenses that I didn't expect at all. I found them very reasonably priced compared to other brands and a lot cheaper than pet stores. They give off far more heat than just an incandescent bulb of the same wattage plus the extra UV radiation needed. Both reptiles had UVB but I think I've finally narrowed down the combinations for each of them that are optimal and they warm up their enclosures to the required daytime temperature faster. I have to say that both seem more active and happier overall, and also more active and ready to eat early in the morning. If for any reason they burn out prematurely or I run into any problems I will update my review. If all goes well with them in a month or so I will buy another one as a backup and eventually a second one so I have a spare on hand.
