The order arrived as expected and when I opened the packaging I was surprised to see that there was no protective 'yellow label' on the plug as stated in the installation guide. All cartridges in the box had this label on them. After inserting the cartridges, some of them required more pressure to insert them and the printer ignored the HP warning, the printer was preparing and gave a cartridge error message. After following the instructions in the user manual and removing and reinserting one of the cartridges a few times, the printer gave me the green light and was ready to print. My guess is that the connectors without the yellow protective label are connecting dirt or other particles blocking the correct connection. It's out of the way, I have to say my printing is good, as good as any HP cartridge, and I look forward to experiencing the durability and quality of these cartridges. So far, so good.
