This is a really good size. They hold plenty of liquid and are the right height to fit in the bottom of the suitcase where I keep all my nails. The other reviewers who mention liquid splashes everywhere are correct. If you want to use it to have some rubbing alcohol or acetone over it to use with a brush, keep looking. If you use this with cotton balls or something similar they work fine. Just make sure the cotton swab covers the hole when you push it down. They are perfect for home use but I don't think they will hold up well if used in a salon. I am very happy with my purchase.
