Soooo, I NEVER write reviews. I'm not good with them and I really never know if anything I have to say will be helpful, but I really thought I could contribute to these sheets. I've been sleeping on knitted sheets for about 20 years. I like sheets that are a little warmer, have a "worn" feel and are a little thicker, but are smooth, not like flannel which is too hot and sticky on my skin. My husband has always preferred cotton sheets but I have never found a set that is "worn" or soft and cozy, they always feel hard and too cold even after I've been in bed for a while. I may have the impression that I like sleeping "very warm", which is not the case, I sleep with a fan blowing on my bed all year round because I like a cold room, just a warm bed. So I've read a lot of reviews on these sheets and I really don't know much about microfiber or the different counts of sheets so I can't really compare them. However, I can tell you that these are probably the BEST and MOST COMFORTABLE sheets I have ever slept on. They're light and fluffy to the touch so you don't feel any weight from them at all and I have to say they make a really nice tank top substitute, which I only realized after sleeping in them. But even though they feel so light, they are at the same time VERY SOFT and COZY if you want to drag them around a bit, but they still don't feel heavy. They are EXTREMELY SOFT, not quite silky, feel much more durable and don't feel like you're going to slip and your comforters don't slip at all, but they are just very soft like cotton sheets washed several times in a really good linen conditioner , which looks like a good hotel sheet but is even softer. They remind me of my grandmother's sleepovers when I was little and she always had the softest cotton sheets that I could never replicate. My husband is EXTREME! He says he can't believe I finally bought "his sheets" and says they're the softest sheets he's ever slept on and he's the king of cotton sheet testing. He says it's the most beautiful material he's ever felt and wonders if he can make shirts out of it 😉. They are very breathable and not stiff at all. If you are looking for clean crisp sheets this isn't it but I read they were like jersey and not at all, they are much lighter and softer. I read that they felt like they would tear easily and they were so thin they were brittle. I'm very concerned about the fragile material and they seem very durable, although light and soft I expect them to last quite a while. I am sure we will be ordering more sets and I will be buying some for my son who is VERY sensitive to fabrics and is always too hot or cold and they provide the perfect temperature so I know he will love them! I don't know if this has been helpful to anyone but I hope so because I really can't say enough good things about these sheets! In fact, if you're on the fence go with them, I'm SO HAPPY I did! I think I've found the perfect set for my husband and I after 15 years of hard searching! I hope you try them out and have as much fun as we do!
