This tool really works! I bought this specifically for a small crank tool to lift the sides of my crooked toenail. The other tools that come with it are also of excellent quality. Fixing ingrown hairs is very easy with other tools. The little hand crank is great, although the piece of metal that lays flat on the bed of nails isn't attached, so be careful. This doesn't bother me and doesn't change the effectiveness of the product, I've seen some other reviews complaining about it and saying that's why it can't be used. I would recommend putting a small crank on a dry nail and twisting it firmly but not too tightly and then submerging the entire foot in hot water for 5-10 minutes. When you lift your foot out of the water, twist it a little more and let the whole foot dry before removing the tool. After that, you can use cuticle tools and nippers to clean the nail. Super efficient! I advise!
