Should have bought it a few years ago

A reliable working water pressure valve. It was easy to install right out of the box and I didn't need any extra parts. The one I replaced played up, and after completely tearing it apart I found out why. The spring and internals were corroded to the point of failure. After installation, I proceeded to replacing the water expansion tank. When the water was back on, I adjusted the water pressure valve to 60 psi. Now everything works fine. Although the previous water pressure was set at 60psi, this "new" flow is much stronger and better. "I should have done that many years ago!"
