I would rate it a 4.5/5. I liked it very much. 1) It's small (the whole box is smaller than my hand), 2) the cleaning solution doesn't have a strong odor (subtle rose scent), 3) and it definitely worked because my pierced ears usually get irritated when applied. earrings and when I put them on after cleaning it didn't hurt at all! 11.59/30=38.6 You spend about 39 cents cleaning a piercing (two holes since I pierced my earlobes). I thought it was pretty good value. I'm deducting 0.5 points because the instructions on the box were only in Korean. I speak Korean so I was fine but the translation provided by the seller in the product description is missing some details. For example, you need to soak the thread in the solution for 5 SECONDS. If you don't soak it long enough, insertion WILL BLOW. When I see the seller just say "soak until thick enough," I have a feeling it will confuse other people who don't speak Korean. PS, there's this random piece of plastic I can't use yet. PPS This product is made in Japan, so it is not fake!
