Not really what I thought it was, it's basically a piece of handkerchief with a wire, maybe a hanging wire in it that makes it moveable. the same tie in your hair. I was looking for something a little more secure, so what I keep noticing is that the tissues just seem to slide back down and it's basically the same thing. save your money
