I used S10e - everything is an excellent phone except for the battery, I decided to change to S20 + for the sake of camera progress, and in the hope of a better battery . what a mistake it was. I have always loved Samsung and with foam at the mouth proved to everyone that these are the best phones. Starting with clamshells, Galaxy Ace, S3,5,7 edge, 10e and here I am. This is the worst phone I have ever had. In general, in principle. Even speaking apart from the price - this phone is a real pain, and if you add the price to this, you want to howl. The photos are just awful if you like photographing people. Flowers, clouds, macro in the sun and zoom - great, yes. But I took the phone to take pictures of my family, and as a result I took the old Huawei P20 lite and I liked the pictures from it more! Before buying, I read the reviews, of course, but there are much fewer bad ones, and I decided that people are just picking on, probably . but NO! The white balance is really nasty, people's faces are gray, everyone has bruises under their eyes and blurry faces. Focus catches for a long time, and children tend to move, so 8 out of 10 photos will be soap. And two will have an indistinguishable eye color and a gray face. Excellent result for 750 euros! The video is the same, the focus flies and the colors flash. Everyone was hoping for ates, but after each of them it only got WORSE! I took an iPhone because I was just tired of fighting, editing photos, brightening children's faces, this is nonsense. Wrote in support of Samsung - they offered to reset the settings. I have done this a hundred times already, looking for answers on the Internet, but to no avail. Worst camera, even compared to the S5, I think it could lose. Battery, heating is also something dumb. I charged the phone 2-3 times a day, without games, only the camera and YouTube. Well, not nonsense? Now I have an iPhone 13pro in my hands, for a week I could not get used to the fact that the phone needs to be charged once a day / one and a half. This is some kind of miracle. It's a shame that a company that I loved so much betrayed its customers, this is an absolute disrespect for customers. I think I will not return to this camp again . alas.
