I have used this product before with no problems but made a terrible mistake and apparently got an expired bottle which I wasn't paying attention to. I ended up killing 9 of my 12 fish (who died within 3-5 minutes after diluting the product and adding it to my 75 gallon tank). In particular, the one that survived will be maimed forever. I was heartbroken but I take responsibility for not checking the expiry date on the bottle and I can only assume that was the culprit as I have used this product many, many times and have no reservations about reusing it had when I bought it. Now that I've experienced for the first time what she's capable of, I guess I'll stick to the age-old rule of thumb: the natural way is the only way. Don't forget the importance of careful observation and more natural, proven care methods for your fish. I am a seasoned fish lover and would not recommend this to anyone who has no experience in fish care and aquarium maintenance and to those who do, do not repeat my stupid move and carefully check your product for counterfeits, expiration dates, etc. d.
