I bought this touchscreen so my kids wouldn't have to constantly use a mouse in a program designed for touchscreens. When you first turn on your computer the touchscreen works fine but after a few minutes it becomes increasingly difficult to use until 15 minutes later it stops working at all until you restart your computer. At this point, the process begins all over again. Thought it was a computer but does the same thing on other computers and other programs. So we stopped using the touchscreen and it became a really good basic monitor.
