Review on Cabinet Lighting Kitchen Wireless Battery by Julie Silva

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Practical and useful high energy light panels

What I like most about these lights is what I like least about them and while I like their convenience and lack of power they are for everyone requires 4 AAA batteries (24 AAA batteries total for the light bars), while the remote control requires 2 AAA batteries, meaning you'll need to have 26 AAA batteries on hand for full functionality. These light strips as alternative light sources as they are removable wherever they are installed. Batteries add weight so I would recommend placing them on a fixed part of a cabinet rather than in a cabinet door. The light tone can be switched from warm white to cold white. Warm white isn't very bright for seeing the contents in closets, so cool white is better for better seeing what's actually in our dark closets. Since I don't use it as a base cabinet light, the remote control is not suitable for my cabinet use. However, I find the remote control practical for under-cabinet lighting that brings more light into the kitchen for a moment. You can use the remote to dim, dim, turn on a 60 minute timer, etc. Also, the lights have a motion sensor, although I didn't find the detection very sensitive compared to some other but similar light strips. I had to put my hand directly on the light bar when opening my closet to turn on the light. Maybe my location isn't very good, but it wasn't as responsive as I expected. I would recommend considering the intended use and feasibility of using the remote for your purposes. While I like that the power supply is battery powered and doesn't rely on frequent charging, someone else might prefer the latter option. To me they serve a purpose and stay in a stationary position quite well. Thank you for reading.
