At first I wasn't sure about this product as it seemed a bit useless. But now it's my wife's new best friend! The technology works great as described and the processing quality is quite good. It feels solid and the controls are simple and well-placed. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a quick personal cooling device and my wife shows it to her doctor as the medications he prescribes can occasionally cause "heat waves".
