Great processor, but DON'T FORGET TO UPDATE THE BIOS!

So I made a big mistake installing this processor without updating the BIOS to the latest version. Apparently the voltage used for this processor is different from that required for the i5. Without a BIOS update, the motherboard would not know what voltage to apply to the CPU, and it would constantly crash when using the CPU. So, after a few hours of research, I went to my motherboard bios page and there is an update log that specifically mentions a fix to fix the i9 voltage. After installing the bios all problems are gone and this is a great processor. Overall it was a disappointing experience due to the lack of information. So be sure to update your BIOS if you bring this processor with you.
