Cats love it. The man is disappointed. The stitching came loose after about two months. This is very ugly. Cats chew on sticking threads, so I leave them against the wall so they don't get to the straw that has come loose from the bottom of the cylinder. They don't like that very much. I should try to tape it back when I find the time. For the money it should have lasted longer. I just didn't have time to write a review. My sister gave me one too, but she bought hers from a big store where they don't have them anymore. The one my sister gave me has been used 6 months longer than the one I bought here and is in near perfect condition. The same amount is used. I have four cats. 12 to 17 pounds. They all like to sit upstairs like they're kings. Two 12-pounders played in the tunnels for about a week, and then they got bored. Everyone uses it as a scratching post and for stretching. The 17-pounder knocks him over every time he jumps off him. I pick it up. I don't really care, but I think they startle everyone with a loud noise when it hits the ground. I really wish it lasted longer because the cats love it so much.
