I don't like sitting in leather armchairs and prefer to snuggle up to the warmth of fabrics. I threw a blanket over our leather chair for a while, but I had to keep adjusting it when it slipped off, and I decided enough was enough. I chose this cover because full coverage doesn't work with the side arm my chair needs to have to raise the footrest. So far it's stayed pretty good. The backing is non-slip so it doesn't go anywhere and I was surprised that it doesn't make any noise or rustle like plastic wraps do. I washed the cover before use and everything was fine. I partially dried it and then let it air dry on the backs of some chairs to finish it. (I didn't want to overheat it in the dryer out of concern for the plastic backing.) I don't use the side pockets often, but I can see how they can be useful for others. I would buy this case again.
