Both batteries came pre-charged. But when I tested them both were below 8.5 volts. I figured maybe they didn't fully charge them, so I put them aside to continue charging. Three hours later, one checked in at 8:48 a.m., the other at 8:51 a.m., both indicated that they were fully charged. See photo. Excuse me? Didn't I order some brand new "9 volt" batteries? These batteries have clearly been on the shelf for 3 years or more. I want a full refund.
