We only installed this part a few weeks ago and it broke in half while running the dishwasher. Confident that we had done everything right and not overstressed the part, we decided to file a complaint with Revain. It turns out that the only way to get your money back is to return the item. How to return the thing built into the dishwasher without causing me a lot of inconvenience? Definitely don't buy it! It's a cheap plastic that breaks easily. Buy the original from the manufacturer (although the wheel holder broke initially, leading me to believe the game had a design flaw and plastic might not be the best material for the part), or better yet, buy a metal part. We've seen them on the internet and we're going to go that route now.
