There's something odd about claw clips: they're awkward to open, and when you open them you get the most secure clip. Strange. I kept using one and it started to open more easily although it didn't lose grip. So, a little break in time. They are long and I love it! I still can't believe they never move until I move them. They look fragile, but they aren't. One fell apart on first use. Different colors. I'm mostly happy with them.
