helped with healing

I fell and landed with my back against a concrete curb. This brace made all the difference in my recovery.I was taking tylenol and using the patches that the hospital recommended and it was a little better each day but still very painful. I decided to wear this brace and was surprized at how much pain was releived immediately. I wore this during the day when I was up. As I got better, I didn't wear it as often. I use it now whenever I need to lift things and am so grateful to have it. I am a senior.
