I was totally surprised by their quality. I work in a hospital and this is similar to what we use. I honestly can't tell any difference in the grades. I bought these because I had carpal tunnel surgery and I change bandages every day and then wear bandages over them. They last all day no matter what I do, they don't irritate and last a long time. I will order more honestly just to have and stock. They are only suitable if you use them over a bandage. I would not apply them directly to the skin. If you exercise and are looking for kinesiology tape it might help, but I wouldn't just use it as a patch. If it makes sense Also, the multicolor pack would be great if you want to mix and match with your outfit lol.
