I bought this because the original tabs connecting the caster wheel to the shelf wore out in my dishwasher. This "upgraded" part has a nose that is integrated into the assembly as a single molded piece of plastic, making it seem impossible for this problem to reoccur. The problem I had was that the two reels didn't spin! The extruded plastic that is the axis of the roller was too tight on the wheel. This resulted in a sub-optimal feel when pulling out the dishwasher's top basket, as it would get stuck and require extra effort to pull it out. To fix this I had to grind down the plastic axles until the wheels moved smoothly. I felt like I was back in the Cub Scout Pinewood Derby. This solved the problem, but it was a huge pain in the butt.
